Log into your customer portal, using your Tute customer username and password.
Resetting the password via your password reset email:
When your student requests a password recovery, the school contact will receive an email showing the student details.
Click the link in the password reset email you have received to go straight to the students' details page.
Use the 'Set new password' button (top right) to create a new password.
When the password has been set, you will be returned to the student details page with confirmation it was a success. You can now give the student their new password.
Resetting the password manually
From your customer dashboard, select 'Students' from the left-hand menu
Search for your student using the search box or locate them in the list. Then click the 'info' button
Use the 'Set new password' button (top right) to create a new password.
When the password has been set, you will be returned to the student details page with confirmation it was a success. You can now give the student their new password.
